If you continue to use and browse this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and our brand. SHOP

To make a purchase on www.shurdalife.com or any of its sub-domains, you must at least be 18 years or have the permission of a legal guardian/parent(s). Sharks are not allowed to make a purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders from persons who admitted false personal or/and payment information and/or have poor credit. Facts and prices are given with reservation for typos and any improperly defined technical specifications. All prices on this website include 25% VAT. We also reserve the right not to carry out an order, for example if the item is out of stock or due to technical problems. We reserve the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. All goods remain the property of Shurdalife until a full payment reaches us.

PRICE

Shurdalife holds a Swedish F-TAX form through Shurdalife. All our prices are including 25% VAT within the EU. If VAT is altered, we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly. Rates may vary from day to day, the price quoted on the website may vary with what is billed. Currency will be calculated based upon your order location. VAT is included for orders within EU. VAT is not included for other orders outside of EU. Note that outside of EU you, as a customer, might have to pay custom cost. This cost is up to you as a customer to pay and Shurdalife is not billable for this extra cost.

BROKEN AT DELIVERY

Should you receive a defect/broken or wrongly supplied product, contact customer service, info@shurdalife.com, so you can join the Shurdalife as fast as possible. This has to be done within a reasonable time frame. If you as the customer have been prevented to examine the goods on delivery please do so as soon as possible. We will take care of your complaint and get back with return instructions. When selling to consumers (private person(s)) valid under the consumer sales to Shurdalife, upon purchase, by consumers to remedy the defect or deliver substitute goods if it can be done without unreasonable cost or inconvenience to Shurdalife. Our website www.shurdalife.com and its sub-domains always have the right, at its own expense, to rectify the error, eg by repair, or replace one with a flawless be of similar quality and appearance.

COLLECTION

Shurdalife reserves the right to change the range and have the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has gone through. We reserve the right for any final sale of goods in the range. Shurdalife is responsible for any typographical errors in the texts of this website and its sub-domains. We give no guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance to 100%.

FORCE MAJURE

Shurdalife is exempt from penalty for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is due to release factor as described below and the circumstance prevents, hinders or delays the performance. As the liberating factor to be considered including government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, major or other type of natural disaster. The force majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions indication, warnings, bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.

PAYMENTS

We offer several different payment methods so you can use the one that suits your situation best. If you live in Sweden you can pay either via Klarna. If you live outside Sweden you can pay with PayPal. Each service offers several different methods of payment. Keep in mind that the terms and conditions for each service, both Klarna and PayPal differs depending on your country. So please choose your country. You will also see these terms and conditions and accept them before you can pay for your order.
